Products

What fits in the Tulip Box?

The Tulip Box is designed for the full spectrum.  The “flexible space” portion of the box can fix ~1 ounce of flower and / or combinations of edibles.  The middle section has 4 slots for cartridge components.  The lid has space for two J tubes that can each fit two J’s in the clips.  Finally, the discreet department can be used for additional storage or things that carry extra odor- at least 3x of our Small Jars can fit in here.

 

Are your products odor-proof?

Our products are odor-controlling, not odor eliminating.  They keep the good smells inside and contained.  When you do open them this does mean odor may release into the ambient environment, depending on what you have stored inside.  

 

Are your products lockable and / or child proof?

The Tulip Box has a lock.  All jars and tubes are designed with a secure, two-step push and twist closure mechanism. This is a similar type of mechanism to those that are used on prescription, OTC or vitamin bottles.  Pouches do not lock.  

 

Will my product stay fresher longer? 

Yes, by taking away light and air, Tulip keeps your goods fresher, longer.  And, in our jar orders, we include humidity packs that control and maintain optimal humidity levels for extra freshness and longevity in your products.

 

How do I set the lock?

The default combination is 0-0-0. To reset the combination:

  1. Make sure the dials are set to 0-0-0, and then open your Box.
  2. The reset slider is at the top of the bottom portion of your lock. This is visible looking down onto the bottom portion of your lock only when your Box is already open. 
  3. The reset slider should already be in the OFF position when you receive your Box, prior to setting a combination.
  4. Slide the reset slider with a pen or pointed object to the left, until it reaches the SET position—no need to keep holding it down after that; it’ll automatically stay in place. 
  5. Turn the digits on the dials to the combination of your choice.
  6. Slide the reset slider back towards the right until you reach the OFF position. Your combination will now be set!

Once you set your lock, no one else will know how to get in your Box—and that includes us. We suggest emailing the combo to yourself or saving it under a contact in your phone—anything to make sure you don’t lock yourself out.

 

What is the purpose of the divider wall in the Tulip Box?

The divider wall keeps Tulip Jars in their place, and is helpful for extra organization.

 

Do I need to use Tulip accessories with the Tulip Box?

No, you can choose to use our jars and tubes or others.  We designed Tulip to match where possible to common packaging dimensions. 

 

How do I keep track of what I put in a Tulip jar?

We include a re-writable marker in each order containing a jar.  Use warm water and a cloth or paper towel to gentle remove any labeling when done.

 

How do I care for my Tulip products?

You can wipe each product clear with a wet paper towel and hand soap as needed.

 

What are your products made from?

Tulip Box, Jars and Tubes are made of 100% food grade materials.  Our pouch fabric is 100% recycled material, made from water bottles. 

 

Is your packaging sustainable and/or recyclable?

All orders ship in cartons and other materials that are made from as much recycled content as possible.

 

Orders

I’m ordering Tulip, when will my order arrive to my house?

In-stock items ship from our warehouse in 1-2 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email after your order has shipped. Most orders will be delivered to you within 1-5 business days once they have shipped. 

Reminder, to calculate your estimated delivery date, please add processing lead time (1-2 business days) to the lead time of your elected shipping service.

Can I send Tulip as a gift?

Of course – you can add a gift note in the cart and add the gift recipient information in checkout. This note will end up on the packing slip. Each order only has space for one gift message. 

 

Where do you ship?

US only for now. Looking forward to expanding in 2023. 

 

Do you offer free shipping?

We charge you the cost to ship you your product from our warehouse, and nothing more- we do not mark it up. It is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address you provide. We offer both ground and 2 day.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can reach us at info@shoptulip.com and we’ll do everything we can to help.

 

What is your return and refund policy?

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return products within 30 days from your order’s ship date based on the terms below:

  • Merchandise must be unopened, unused, and returned in the original shipping materials and packaging. 
  • All orders will incur a flat $10 return shipping & handling cost, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • Once a return is initiated, a shipping label will be sent to you. Customers will see an estimated refund equal the amount of item(s) returned, minus the $10 flat rate return shipping & handling fee. 
  • Upon initiating your return, you will be provided with a new packing slip listing the items you are sending back. This packing slip must be included in the package (so we know who it came from!).
  • After your return is received, in most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
  • In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, your return may be refused or a store credit may be issued. 
  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your returned items.

What is your exchange policy?

If you wish to exchange your product color or size for any reason, you may exchange products within 30 days from your order’s ship date.

All exchanges will be subject to our returns policy. 

  • Merchandise must be unopened, unused, and returned in the original shipping materials and packaging. 
  • All orders will incur a flat $10 return shipping & handling cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

We will send you an invoice for the $10 return shipping & handling fee. Once this is paid and return is received and returned to stock we will process your replacement order.
